WE ALL BELONG ON BIKES
Our goal is to make genuine + inclusive spaces like Roam Fest and GRIT Fest, our first organizational collaborators, an industry standard, so that everyone feels welcome in the mountain bike community.
To do this, we focus on programming and partnerships designed to increase representation and decrease barriers to entrance within the sport for Black, Indigenous + person of color (BIPOC), femme, trans, women + non-binary (FTWN-B), para + adaptive, and other non-traditional riders.

It's not easy walking into spaces where you don't see others that look like you. Mountain biking had always been one of those spaces for me, a place where I felt like an outsider or where other people felt I didn't belong because I'm a Black woman. The Inclusion Program took all of that nervousness away as it guaranteed that there would be a group of womenx at the event that shared similar identities that I could lean on for support and camaraderie.
